Google data we access

Through Google OAuth, this app may access: View and download my Google Drive files as needed to run the automation, and create/manage workflow folders/files.”

How we use and store data

OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored in the n8n credential store on our server and used only to run the configured automations.
No sale of data. We don’t share Google user data with third parties except essential infrastructure providers to operate this service.
We follow the Google API Services User Data Policy and (if applicable) Limited Use requirements for restricted scopes.

Retention & control

You can revoke this app’s access anytime at Google Account → Security → Third-party access.
We remove tokens/logs upon request or when they’re no longer needed for the stated purposes.

Security

Connections use HTTPS; server access is restricted to authorized admins; principle of least privilege is applied to scopes.
