Made with honey from our Killik bees!
Our bees are an integral part of our process, with hives located on our own property as well as in Belgrave and Emerald. By producing our own honey, we ensure a quality and consistency that you can taste in every bottle. Unlike commercial honey, which can be processed and lack depth, our house-made honey retains its full, robust flavor, with natural beeswax notes that enhance the complexity of the cane spirit. This commitment to using our own ingredients allows us to deliver a truly unique and authentic product, showcasing the best of local craftsmanship.
